Susanna Granieri, 21, is a recent graduate of the State University of New York at New Paltz, where she majored in both journalism and digital media production and graduated with magna cum laude distinction. Granieri spent most of her collegiate career working for the SUNY New Paltz Oracle where she was the sports and managing editor. Otherwise, she has freelanced for the Southern Ulster Times, was an assistant editor at the Legislative Gazette, a political newspaper based in Albany, and was an editorial and video intern for Being Patient, an online publication focusing on Alzheimer’s, dementia and brain health.
